Patron Code of Conduct

At Chances Prince Rupert we are pleased to welcome you to come and enjoy our great selection of Slots, Bingo, Lottery, Off Track Betting, and Food & Beverage offerings.

We are governed and abide by BCLC policies, procedures, and standards as prescribed by them and operate with oversight from the Gaming Policy Enforcement Branch (GPEB). The Privacy Officer for Chances Prince Rupert is the Security Manager; they can be contacted at security.manager@chancespr.ca

Entry into the Casino

The following are conditions for entry:

• Patrons must be at least 19 years of age to enter facility,
• Patrons must present valid ID for entry into the gaming centre and always keep it with them.
• Patrons who appear intoxicated or impaired by alcohol or drugs are not permitted to enter.
• Patrons in possession of illegal substances or weapons are not permitted.
• Patrons wearing clothing or accessories indicating gang affiliation are not permitted.
• No outside food, non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages permitted.
• Patrons currently registered in the Game Break (VSE) program will be denied entry.
• Security or Management may refuse a person’s entry for any reasonable cause.

*Acceptable government issued photo ID; a list is available at the security desk. A secondary piece of ID may require supporting the initial ID provided, to gain entry.

Guest On-site Experience

We are committed to providing both a safe and friendly experience for our guests, and a respectful and safe workplace for our staff.

The following behavior may result in a guest being asked to leave the property:

• Patrons must not use bad or offensive language.
• No patron may act in an aggressive, abusive, or intimidating manner towards staff or other patrons.
• No patron shall violate any laws pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada.
• No patron shall violate any laws pursuant to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
• All patrons/players must abide by all Municipal, Provincial, and Federal laws and regulations.
• Money may not be borrowed or lent out in our Facility for any reason. This includes persons related by familial or marital status.
• Unauthorized photography, filming and live streaming is not permitted
